Your itinerary

1. Day1

   Arrival in Kaş and the Sleeping Giant

   We meet at Dalaman Airport, or in Fethiye if you arrived the day before, and drive to Kaş. After a briefing on the trail, a warm-up hike leads from the village of Çukurbağ across open plateaus to the ridge of the Sleeping Giant, with the whole of Kaş below. Walk down into town, visit the ancient theatre of Antiphellos and watch the sunset over the sea.

2. Day2

   The coast to Üzüm İskelesi

   A coastal day from Büyükçakıl past Limanağzı, a beach you can only reach on foot or by boat, then Çoban Beach and Ufakdere, all surrounded by turquoise water. End at the bay of Üzüm İskelesi, where green hills meet the sea, in time for a swim before dinner.

3. Day3

   Aperlai, the half-sunken city, to Üçağız

   A short transfer to the village of Boğazcık, then onto the Sıçak Peninsula. The trail passes through Aperlai, an ancient city partly sunk beneath the sea, and follows the coast past Lycian rock tombs to Üçağız, a little village on the water.

4. Day4

   Kekova by boat, hiking to Andriake

   Board a boat in Üçağız and glide over the sunken city of Kekova, its walls and stairways just below the surface. Stop at Kaleköy, the ancient Simena, a village with no road and a castle on the hill. The boat drops you at Gökkaya Bay to walk the coast past Çağıllı Beach to Çayağzı and the ancient harbour of Andriake.

5. Day5

   Myra, the Lycian museum and departure

   Visit Myra, with its rock tombs and Roman theatre, and the Museum of Lycian Civilisations in the old granary at Andriake. Then transfer to the airport for your flight home.
